Briohny’s Power Vinyasa sessions will meet your need for fitness while satisfying your craving for smooth, vigorous flow. If you are bored by the repetitive nature of traditional fitness workouts, this series is for you. Here, all those sets and reps are replaced by Ujjayi and yogic athleticism. No need to count, no need to think – just tune in and zone out.

This invigorating offering is designed to give you a sweaty, full-body workout. For variety, five well-balanced sessions are included – three thirty minute classes, one forty-five-minute class, and one sixty-minute class. The thirty-minute sessions are designed to support your growth stage by stage, progressing from the strengthening poses of Level 1 to the acrobatic arm balances and inversions of Level 3. Longer classes challenge your endurance. Any student looking for an alternative to the gym will be thrilled by this fun and sweaty Power Vinyasa series. Find your zen and get your cardio on.
